Who is Kaitlyn Stephanie

Kaitlyn Stephanie is a Public Relations major here at Slippery Rock University. She is graduating this semester at the age of 20. She is also from the west coast. Kaitlyn has faced many different tough decisions when it came to her college career. One of them is whether she should stay on the West Coast to go to college in California or if she should try to go to college in a new place. Originally her first college was the University of Montana. She only attended UM briefly, but was not very satisfied with her decision to attend this institution. In this video below Kaitlyn describes more about her experience at the University of Montana.

As Kaitlyn talked about, it was an adjustment for her to transfer from such a big campus to a state school in Pennsylvania. Kaitlyn also realized that by choosing to come to this school it would take her outside of her comfort zone. She felt that this had pushed her to see a new culture in America that she had never experienced before. It also gave her the chance to visit many different cities that she has never been to before.

The places that she has been able to visit has been Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Indianapolis etc. Below is a picture of Kaitlyn visiting Indianapolis for the first time.

Since Kaitlyn has been able to experience a new part of America she has made many different memories that she will keep with herself for the rest of her life. She also is very excited and nervous about the future. Kaitlyn is graduating college this semester at the age of 20. She has some plans set for her future is, and can not wait to see what life after college is like. She does plan on moving back to the west coast and living in Sacramento, California for a while. She eventually wants to get into politics, and to move to the capital of the United States. Below is a video of Kaitlyn talking about the future.

Kaitlyn also talked to me about San Francisco, and how the area itself is different in comparison to Pittsburgh. She really thinks highly about Pittsburgh for many different reasons. One reason in particular is because of the pride that Pittsburghers themselves have of their city. This is something that she never felt in San Francisco. However, she does think that the amount of hills in both areas creates a very similar landscape with both of the cities. Even if San Fransisco is much larger than Pittsburgh. One of the things that she seems to miss the most about San Francisco is the sight of seeing the Golden Gate every day. Below is a picture of Kaitlyn and the Golden Gate Bridge.

Kaitlyn does plan on going back to visit Pittsburgh, Slippery Rock, and San Francisco as much as she can. She said that these places have helped her to grow into the person that she is today. She has conquered all of these different challenges that she has faced. Kaitlyn Stephanie is going to do great things after college!
